Salterns self-catering bungalows
We have two types of self-catering holiday accommodation at Salterns, all of which is available from March to October. Salterns Beach bungalows are superbly located on the seafront and most of them benefit from recent refurbishment. Alternatively, Salterns Family is set in countryside, yet the beach is still only a few minute’s walk away.
Salterns Beach
Most of our Salterns Beach bungalows are newly refurbished, 2 bedroom luxury bungalows set in a beautiful position only metres from the beach with wonderful sea views. These bungalows have been refurbished to a very high standard with double glazing throughout and decking to the front and rear of the bungalows.

Salterns beach is a highly desirable location, where you have a ‘front row seat’ to enjoy the magnificent views of the Solent. Nearby is Seaview Sailing Club and throughout the sailing season you can watch the races and regatta unfold right in front of you.
Salterns Family
The nearby Salterns Family bungalows are older style 2 bedroom bungalows and 3 bedroom A-frames lodges . There’s a large car park which allows for the accommodation areas to be ‘traffic free’, which creates a peaceful and safe environment for children and plenty of open space for relaxing and recreation.

As a result of customer feedback we are unable to accept scooterists, commercial vehicles and motorbikes at our Salterns and Tollgate Bungalows, this is primarily for the safety of our customers, their families and children.
The Salterns shop is no longer available but the on site shop at Pondwell is only a short walk away, and is well stocked with ice creams, newspapers, confectionery, food, toys, games etc.
The Salterns site is currently undergoing some necessary refurbishment work, which we aim to carry out with the minimum of disturbance to our holiday customers.
