What types of accommodation are available to purchase?
We have a select number of 2 and 3 bedroom cottages as well as 4 bedroom houses available to purchase as holiday homes at Salterns Village.

Do you offer a rental programme?
Of course! We can rent your holiday home on your behalf for the weeks you do not require it for your own use. Simply let us know the weeks you don’t want to occupy and we will rent it out for you!

What if I don’t wish to be part of the rental programme?
You are not required to be part of our rental programme. You are more than welcome to rent it out yourself or even keep it available for you, your family and friends to visit at any time.

Is the property freehold?
Yes, unlike many other holiday properties, your luxury holiday home here at Seaview Holidays will be freehold!

What is a freehold property?
A freehold property means that you solely own the property, unlike a leasehold where the property reverts back to the owner after the lease period has expired.

Does the property come fully furnished?
Most definitely, what you see is what you get!

Does Salterns Village offer parking?
You will be legally provided with your own parking bay alongside your property and we have a large communal car park.

How close am I to the Beach?
Seaview Holidays is located just off the main road on the Seaview seafront, meaning it is just 3 minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach. We are also located next to the stunning Hersey Nature Reserve; the natural habitat of many species of birds, particularly ducks, geese and swans.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes you may, but we ask is that they are kept on a lead at all times and you clean up after them. The Isle of Wight is well known for its amazing coastal walks and we have some of the best dog friendly pubs which you can find along the way.

Can Seaview Holidays offer me and my guests discounted ferries?
Absolutely! As a holiday home owner of Seaview Holidays, we can book discounted ferry travel on your behalf from both Red Funnel and Wightlink ports

Is there a annual service charge?
At the Salterns Village annual audited accounts will be supplied for the maintenance fee.

Are there any other charges?
Apart from the annual service fee, the only other charges are your personal utility costs. Each property is individually metered for both electric and water
